Refund policy

Returns
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  We will only accept a return on merchandise that was delivered damaged or defective.  Our return policy is good for 7 days from the receipt of purchase. If 7 days has elapsed, unfortunately, we cannot accept the return. There are NO REFUNDS, however, there will be a CREDIT issued to use towards future orders. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate, face masks, sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require the original receipt or proof of purchase.  Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not receive a credit. 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then advise you of the amount you have received credit for. Your credit with us will not expire. 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, send us an email at msdanny@dannysgirltrunk.com. Please note that intimate items cannot be exchanged.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue the credit to the gift giver.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

We are not responsible for any cancellations or delays in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control or weather.  

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider choosing a method that allows you to track your package. You may want to also purchase shipping insurance as we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
